Turns out Flamethrowers aren't regulated in the good ol' USA. Flamethrowers! We've all been worried about guns when all along we should have been looking at flamethrowers. So to combat this Congressman Eliot Engel has introduced a new bill to regulate them like we do machine guns.
Of course to actual get anyone's attention you gotta have a catchy click bait type title. So he named his bill after the famous Seth Meyers bit Really!?!. H.R. 4009 is named the Flamethrowers? Really? Act.

It is me sharing a good article on saying 'when' to comedy. It makes some good points. My favorite being 'figure out what you like most about comedy'. If you aren't doing what you like, why bother?
